Subject: District Meeting & Upcoming Events

 

This Saturday, the 14th of November our combined meeting of District 18 & 19
with our Grand Master MWB Gale H. Kenney will be held at the Vancouver
Masonic Center at 2500 NE 78th Street.

 

People will start gathering about 5:30pm.    Dinner will be $10 per person
and the profits will be divided up amongst the Youth Groups.

 

Last year District 18 had at least as many brothers in attendance as we did,
please forward this to everyone on your list so that we have a great
showing.

 

On Monday the 16th, North Bank Lodge #182 will have their annual
installation of Officers.  They will begin the evening with a Tribute to our
veterans at 7pm.

 

On Tuesday the 17th, Silver Star Lodge #286 will have their installation of
Officers at 7pm.

 

Monday the 30th will be the installation of Officers at White Salmon Lodge
#163.

Brethren,

Just a reminder that this Sat is the November Mac meeting at the VMC at
10am.

 

A number of important topics need your input along with the suggestion
presented at the Dist. 19 meeting last Saturday.

One such discussion was to be on the suggestion by VWB Jay that we hold a
breakfast or lunch, sponsored by MAC, 

And invite the men running for GL office to attend,  with the stated purpose

of asking them to speak a bit about their ideas, agendas  and long range
vision or plans should they be elected.

We would charge ($ to be determined) for the meal, with the proceeds to fund
future CHIP or MAC events.

Upcoming events, the appointment of the vp. Office, as well as presenting
the new MAC by laws to the participating lodges need your attention.

Please plan to attend and lend your voice and ideas.
