The Vancouver chapter of demoley is in rebuild mode and has very little boys.  We are asking the masons for help working the fair booth starting this Friday through following Sunday.

This will help the boys keep their fair booth while they are rebuilding there chapter.  Please go on the demoley web site and sign up for a shift or two.

This Sunday, at noon, will be a float work party at the VMC.  Our next
parade isn't until November, so now is the time to do some major "upgrades"
to the float.

 

Also, no MAC meeting this month.

I saw WB Rob and Katy last night while I was helping out on the Shriner
Booth, they look knackered. So I am going up tonight for the 3:00 - 7:00

Brethren,

 

It is with the saddest of hearts that I have to inform you that RWB Jerry
Lingle, Senior Grand Warden, died today.  It transpires that he had actually
been in ill health for some time but man that he was he chose not to burden
others with this.

 

Thanks to Br Hank Liendecker for updating us on this news.  As soon as we
have details we will provide them on the Tenino web site and I am confident
that the MWGL web site will soon have the information.

 

I am not particularly superstitious but the old saying that "When a baby
cries someone dies" comes to mind because we welcomed Matthew Stubblefield
into the world this morning - mother and son both doing well.

 

Jerry was not currently married our condolences go out to his son, Frank,
with whom we had such great fun at the Union City Installation.
