"3:10 Saturday 1/29 Just got off the phone with our newest EA, Tom Clark. He and his wife went in for a caesarian birth of their baby, and it's little heart stopped. He is going to focus on his wife. I suggest we focus on Tom. I just got off the phone with Ron Brown, who is on it from that end. He has his or her Mom up from California already. I am thinking Tom just needs that intangible support of being there. He asked that I make it known to you guys. Whatever brings distraction from the constant agony of this would be good. Jimmy 3:30 Just talked to Ronnie. He is calling Tom right now, and advises we do nothing until I hear back from him. We do have a green light to e-mail the news though. I've forgot how to get it out GenDis. This is a good kid, if you haven't met him. One of those natural Masons." I have spoken with Tom both Yesterday and again today. He and Julia are at home . Toms mom is up from Cal and Julia's folks are just 10 min away in the neighborhood. The house is well stocked with food and they are using this time to quietly gather themselves. I will let you all know when they feel up to calls, cards and or visits. They know that we all have them in our thoughts and prayers and they are not to hesitate to call upon their Masonic Family for any assistance they need.
