From talking to him, it does not sound like a hugely intricate job, but does require a man have a background in wrenching. He operates lye factories using conveyor belts and gearing boxes, both here and in Utah. If any of us know of anyone, I'd like us to get the word out, as good solid livable wage jobs in an industry that is recession proof are going to be damn hard to come by. Ridge is very dedicated to caring for his employee's, so consider it a permanent occupation. I was in and out of ER for 4 days before they finally figured out I might have something wrong with me (they will be talking with my lawyer soon). Finally got admitted to the hospital on Saturday. After 4 days of tests and research, they think I might have a rare bone marrow disease (amyloidosis). I'm meeting with a specialist this afternoon so hopefully will have more to report then. A full description of what happened is on my Facebook page. I'm home now. I hope to be back to work at the VMC on Saturday.
